SPINA HKP-300 (Spinning oil for wire lope, multi-filament yarn)

SPINA HKP-300 is the spinning oil agent manufactured as derivative of fatty acid ester, Which is superior in condensing property and antistatic property, and prevents origination of fur and end breakage.

Also, it is superior in lubrication and heat resistance and dispersion and is very stable emulsion, which is dissolved in water transparently.

 APPLICATION

- Aqueous emulsion of SPINA HKP-300 is prepared by stirring the oil into demineralized water at 35-45℃.

- The concentration of emulsion varies according to requirements,but 10-20% active emulsion in general are applied to the undrawn filaments at the spinning process.

- Oil pick-up on the fiber in general : 0.9-1.2%.
