SPINA-100 (Oiling agent for P.E.T POY-DTY)

        CHARACTERISTICS

This oiling agent is especially suitable for friction disc of high-speed DTY machine, and white power is dry touch and little, and is easy to clean.

(lt is possible to apply to low-speed pin type and high-speed belt type.)

lt has good lubricating property, no tight spot and can obtain good false twister yarn. lt imparts excellent mechanical and antistatic protection to the yarn with very little deposition on heater plates.

It gives good cake formation.

※ This product becomes muddy or solidified during winter season. Please keep it at the normal temperature as far as possible.

        APPLICATION

SPINA-100 of 0.4-1.0% on the weight of the yarn is fed by kiss roller or nozzle oiling method.

        Manufacturing method of activity 10%

(1) Take distillated water 740g in the vessel, and heat it up to 20-40℃ in stirring.

(2) Add SPINA-100 100g of the nomal temperature, becomes transparent and uniform state.

(3) On the other hand, when stirring it comtinued for about 10 mimutes, 840g of activity 10% aqueous solution can be obtained.
