SPINA DSN-3000 (Oiling agent for combined use of Nylon POY-DTY,FR.NIP)

SPINA DSN-3000 is oiling agent for Nylon POY-DTY. Also,it is superior in lubrication and heat resistance and dispersit and is very stable emulsion,which is dissolved in water transparently.

PROPERTIES

- Apperance(20℃) : Yellow liquid

- Activity(%) : 90±1

- pH(11% solution) : 6.5 - 7.5

- Ionogenity : nonion,anion

- Solubility : Dissolves transparently

- Emulsion stability : Dissolves transparently and is stable more than 24 hours.

 This product becomes muddy or solidified during winter season. Please keep it at the normal temperature as far possible.

APPLICATION

- Aqueous emulsion of SPINA DSN-3000 is prepared by stirring the oil into demineralized water at 10-30℃.

- Oil pick-up on the fiber in general : 0.5～1.0%.
