Characteristics :
Phuong Nam AS1010 is a highly concentrated antistatic masterbatch.
-Slight whitish color
- Very good processibility
-Fast migration and long duration
Applications :
- PPS NS1010 is designed to be used in film, extrusion
- It combines a quick build up of antistatic properties with long lasting performance
Processing Recommendation :
- The processing temperature of processing machine should not be increased at 2600c because of gelation .
-In case of long-term storage, drying of material at 60-BO OC is recommended to remove moisture before processing.
Recommended Use :
- The recommended addition level varies between 1,0% to 10% by weight of the masterbatch depending on the product thickness , process conditions and final application .
